The SAT is a multiple-choice paper-based test developed and administered by College Board to measure students’ academic level (English & math) and provide colleges with a way to compare applicants.
The TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) is administered by ETS (Educational Testing Service) and tests the language proficiency of non-native English speakers. It is divided into four categories: reading, listening, speaking and writing.
The TOEFL, SAT, ACT, and Duolingo are always structured the same way, but they always contain different questions. All tests have a large selection, which are randomly arranged in the individual categories.
The probability of getting the same questions in two tests is therefore almost impossible.
